Your role as host

The Merck host assumes the central role of contact person for the group of visitors during site tours. He or she pre-registers the guests at the visitor reception and coordinates the reception and accompaniment of the guests during the site tour.

Participation in the site tour, i.e. travelling on the bus, is obligatory for the host as the central point of contact for the guests!
If this is not possible in exceptional cases, Darmstadt Marketing must be notified in advance of a suitable representative who will take over the task and be present throughout the site tour.

Cost of the site tour

Participation in the site tour is free of charge for the group of visitors!

Please note, however, that the costs for the bus used must be covered by the respective Merck host. The costs will be charged to the cost centre you specify. We will be happy to provide you with the exact costs on request.

If you have any further questions about the booking or the procedure, please do not hesitate to contact us!
