At Moppel - as usual on the market square in front of Café Etrablatt - there are crêpes ‘sweet, savoury and tipsy’ (also vegan), waffles (also vegan) and the special mulled beer fresh from the barrel.

The vegan menu with vegetables and vegan drinking chocolate changes weekly.

There are also savoury waffles made from potato dough in two different variations.

All dough is prepared fresh daily, so it is possible that during periods of high demand, certain varieties may no longer be available in the evening.

Vegan waffles are currently available 2-3 times a week, usually from Thursday to Sunday.

Vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free offer:

- The vegan crêpes and waffles are made from oat/almond milk and spelt flour, with toppings such as cinnamon-sugar, apple sauce and daily changing toppings, e.g. spinach, mushrooms, vegan creams.

- The hot chocolate is also available as a vegan version made from oat milk.

- The crêpes are made with certified gluten-free corn flour and certified gluten-free oat milk. The gluten-free batter is prepared first, and all appliances, plates and tools are then thoroughly cleaned separately or used fresh.
