At Moppel - as usual on the market square in front of Café Etrablatt - there are crêpes ‘sweet, savoury and tipsy’ (also vegan), waffles (also vegan) and the special mulled beer fresh from the barrel.

The vegan menu with vegetables and vegan drinking chocolate changes weekly.

There are also savoury waffles made from potato dough in two different variations.

New this year: the crêpes bowl in 3 different flavours.

Vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free offer:

The vegan crêpes and waffles are made from oat/almond milk and spelt flour, with toppings such as cinnamon-sugar, apple sauce and daily changing toppings, e.g. spinach, mushrooms, vegan creams.

The hot chocolate is also available as a vegan version made from oat milk.
