Baumstriezel are delicious delicacies made of dough, they come in different varieties such as Oreo, Rafaello, sugar cinnamon, Bounty, Hazellnut and christmasmarket special. Also offered at the stand are speculoos, walnuts and gingerbread.

The yeast dough, based on a traditional Hungarian recipe, is vegan, and there is also a vegan filling, e.g. apple sauce, and a vegan topping for the outside, e.g. nuts, poppy seeds, cinnamon sugar, vanilla or Oreo.
