Christmas tree on Ludwigsplatz
The Christmas trees for the Darmstadt Christmas Market traditionally come from the region.
A Nordmann fir from Airlenbach (Odenwald), provided by Darmstadt Citymarketing e.V., adorns Ludwigsplatz.
The trees have been supplied by the family forestry business Marco and Norbert Emig (www.emig-agrar.de) from Wald-Michelbach/Kocherbach for around 20 years.
