Gregor Wratschko verkauft auf dem Darmstädter Wochenmarkt seit Anfang 2021, den mittlerweile legendären Käsekuchen. Seit 1995 wird dieser von Stefan und seinem kleinen Team in Ebringen von Hand gebacken.
Der Käsekuchen wird ausschließlich mit frischen Zutaten und ohne Zusatzstoffe hergestellt.
