Flambée
The traditional tarte flambée is in the centre of the restaurant and is offered in different variations. In addition to tarte flambée there are also Galettes, a salty, hearty filled variation of crêpes. For dessert, there are again the sweet known crêpes, which you can be served with cinnamon or sugar. Furthermore, many main courses are served like a tarte flambée with chicken and potatos.
