Regional, seasonal and sustainable – that is the focus of Ülkem Yel. The passionate chef, restaurant manager and sommelier brings a lot of warmth to the café premises of the Hessian State Museum in Darmstadt with ‘Dialog & Genuss’.

His range of food and drinks is regional, seasonal and sustainable. The baked goods are supplied by the Schellhaas bakery in Groß-Bieberau, the wines by the Meyerhof winery in Flonheim (Rheinhessen), and the lunch menu is prepared fresh daily on site with vegetables and salads from the region. Three special children's dishes ensure the satisfaction of the museum's younger guests.
