The winery is located in the hilly region of Rheinhessen at the foot of the Kloppberg. At 293 metres, the Kloppberg is the highest elevation in southern Rheinhessen. At its feet are many other hills, where our vines also grow.

The different microclimatic conditions here allow for a wide range of grape varieties.

We grow the following grape varieties: Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Weisser Burgunder, Grauer Burgunder, Chardonnay, Gelber Muskateller, Bacchus, Huxelrebe, Blauer Portugieser, Dornfelder, Spätburgunder, Saint Laurent, Merlot, Sangiovese, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Rosenmuskateller.

Our region is one of the driest and warmest in Germany, which is why grapes like Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc ripen here.

Also on offer: a non-alcoholic rosé sparkling wine.
