Each flat has a separate studio kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, hob and oven/microwave combination and Nespresso machine.

The bathrooms all have a window so that plenty of daylight comes in. All but 2 flats have a fully equipped balcony with a wonderful view of the large garden/Mathildenhöhe or the Rosenhöhe.

The lounge with TV, sofa, large dining table and kitchen gives guests access to the large garden, a green oasis in the centre of the city with plenty of space to relax. Smart TV and high-speed internet are available, and a washing machine and tumble dryer are available to tenants for communal use. Parking spaces can also be rented in the underground car park and in front of the building.
