Combined ticket for the World Heritage Festival on Mathildenhöhe Darmstadt

On the weekend of 20 to 22 September 2024, we will be celebrating the World Heritage Festival and the opening of the Exhibition Hall on the Mathildenhöhe Darmstadt.

 

There is a combined ticket for each of the two event days on September 21st and 22nd. The combined ticket is valid for the entire day of the event and can be redeemed at the participating facilities during opening hours.

 

The combined ticket to the World Heritage Festival includes:

  • Admission to the renovated Exhibition Hall with the exhibition “4–3–2–1 Darmstadt
  • admisson to the Artists' Colony Museum Darmstadt
  • admission to the wedding tower
  • admission to the artists' houses Olbrich, Deiters and Großes Haus Glückert (only on Saturday, from 6 p.m. to midnight)
  • as well as a 1-day ticket for public transport (tariff zone: 4000 of the RMV, Darmstadt city area)

 

The combined ticket also includes the participation in a guided tour of the world heritage site (Saturday and Sunday, at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.). A separate pre-registration must be made for this! To book please see below.

Please note that a time slot must be selected to visit the exhibition “4–3–2–1 Darmstadt”! Due to a limit on the number of visitors in the building, this time slot is binding. You have 60 minutes to visit!

As part of the combined ticket, you also have the opportunity to take part in a 90-minute guided tour of the world heritage site:

The tour of the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Mathildenhöhe Darmstadt" tells the story of the entire ensemble with an insight into one of the artists' houses.

 

Meeting point: In front of the Infopoint Mathildenhöhe (h_da parking lot)
Duration: 90 minutes

 

The guided tour is included in the price of the combined ticket.

Booking information

*Reductions are valid for: children/teenagers (from 14 to 18 years old), pupils, students, pensioners and holders of a severely disabled person's ID card. Accompanying persons (“B” on the ID card) and children (up to 13 years of age) have free entry and must book a free ticket.

 

Please note that a time slot must be selected to visit the exhibition “4–3–2–1 Darmstadt”! Due to a limit on the number of visitors in the building, this time window is binding. You have 60 minutes to visit!

 

In order to participate in one of the 90-minute tours of the Mathildenhöhe Darmstadt, a binding time must also be chosen.
 

The tours take place on Saturday and Sunday (September 21st/22nd) at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. and are offered in English.
This tour can only be booked in conjunction with the combined ticket!

After the World Heritage Festival: Off to the city!

With the kind support of Darmstadt Citymarketing e.V., you will receive a Darmstadt Gutschein worth 5.00 euros from us to spend while shopping in Darmstadt's city centre.

 

The Darmstadt Gutschein is available upon presentation of your combined ticket at the Darmstadt Shop and you can only pick it up after the event.
