The main task of the Darmstadt Mulled Wine Princess is to give the Darmstadt Christmas Market a friendly face. Together with the Lord Mayor and other stakeholders, the newly crowned Glühwein Princess opens the Darmstadt Christmas Market and presents the new motif of the Glühwein glass. On all Advent Saturdays, the mulled wine princess will be present in the city centre and in the Luisencenter, giving away chocolate ice lollies to the little visitors and standing by as a popular photo motif.

As a thank you, the mulled wine princess will receive a shopping voucher worth 500 euros for the Luisencenter.

The casting for this year's mulled wine princess will take place online and again in the mall of the Luisencenter Darmstadt.

On-site casting at the Luisencenter: Friday, 4. October, 11 am to 6 pm.

Online casting: starting Friday, 20. September until Friday, 18. October

Prospective candidates who apply online do not have to come to the casting at the Luisencenter in addition. Online applications and on-site applications will be treated equally.
